GevTerm Initiative
Resolving linguistics frustrations around the globe.
The GEvTerm (Global Event Terminology) initiative is part of LTAC (Lexical/Terminological Access Consortium). The goal of this initiative is to provide access to specialized termbases in order to facilitate communication across languages. As part of reaching this goal, GEvTerm is currently promoting three projects. The first is the Help Desk Project at Brigham Young University, the second is an Olympic Sporting Event termbase and the third is the Restaurant Menu Project of which this termbase is a part.
